Chic Streets originated in May 2001. It was a master plan devised by Julie Oriola, Ms. a la’ Chic herself. Upon completing production projects for the style network on E! Entertainment television, Julie realized she was destined for the business of fashion.

     As a jet setter to such fashion meccas as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, and Europe, she noticed a void in the Boston market.

“I realized that Manhattan, Rodeo Drive, Ocean Drive, and the Strip in Las Vegas were more than destination hotspots. Within these circuits, lay fashion forward trends and styles.” Rather than wait for the trickle effect of fashion to reach smaller markets and the general marketplace, Julie formed Chic Streets. My purpose is help individuals cultivate their own sense of style based on some elements of trend.
